  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

    4.Return Process

b. Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, along with the original invoice or order confirmation, and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
